Candidates must be reliable, enthusiastic and have a keen eye for detail. GCSE Grade “C” or above in Maths and English is preferred.
Duties include:
- Answering Phone & taking messages
- Reception Duties
- Liaising with Clients
- Checking documentation
- Updating Company Databases (Excel)
- Producing letters to clients (Word)
- Taking course bookings & payments (face to face, phone and email)
- Invoicing
- Preparing Candidate files
- Providing Admin support to Trainers/Assessors and Management
- Photocopying, Scanning , Filing and shredding of Documents
- Replenishing Coffee/Tea in Canteen, clearing up, loading/unloading dishwasher
- Ordering lunches and organising event bookings
- Updating website & social media pages
- Generally assisting in the smooth running of the centre
Successful candidates should have good communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and be reliable and conscientious.
